The hypo, trans, zero is truly unique among dragons. The combination of all three traits gives them highly translucent skin, even when they are full grown. These dragons are blue, pink, and purple due to the colors of their inner body showing through their skin. Their skeleton, as well as the major veins in their limbs and feet are clearly visible, particularly in the leatherback variety. We produce only a few of these dragons each year.

The hypo zero is prized for its shimmering silver white. Zeros are often referred to as ‘white’ dragons, but only the hypo-zeros have this purified silver white color.

Trans zeros are darker than their other zero cousins. They contrast all other captive bred dragons with their dark charcoal color. They have blue and purple tones due to the color of their inner body showing through their partially translucent skin. Unlike most trans dragons, they keep some of these subtle tones even as adults.
