All of our dragons are guaranteed to be true to the photos and descriptions made available on our site. Sex and genetic heritage is guaranteed as it is stated in the description of each animal. If you are unhappy with a dragon you receive from us for any reason, give us a call so we can make it right. You can return the dragon to us for a full refund, or to exchange it with a different dragon that better fits what you are looking for. If making a return, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the dragon back to us.
30 Day Health Guarantee
Our 30 day guarantee is the best in the business. All of our dragons are healthy and eating well when made available for purchase, and we provide a 30 day guarantee that they will remain in good health so long as they are provided with appropriate care. If your dragon is not eating well or you have any concerns, please call us immediately. Small reptiles can go down hill very quickly, and often small changes in their environment or care can get them back on track. We are always here to help. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide care that is substantially similar to our care sheet, and to contact us immediately if any problems develop.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee that your dragons will arrive to you alive and healthy. If a dragon arrives dead, or you have any concerns about its health, call us immediately. To maintain this guarantee you must be available to receive the delivery on the first attempt and notify us immediately of any problems. We cannot guarantee the well being of any dragon that is left outside in the elements or returned to the shipping truck because no one was available to receive the package. We do not require that you sign for the package. The reason is that the delivery person often will not ask for a signature, even if asked to on the shipping label. The time of delivery is recorded by Fedex, so we ask that you call immediately if you experience any problems.
